Envrionmental Response

The following courses are available from the Environment Response Section:

• IMO-Level 2A for On-Scene Commanders - A five-day course designed for On-Scene Commanders and Supervisors of oil spills.
• Marine Oil Spill Shoreline Workers' Safety - A ½ day video based course on Marine Oil Spill Shoreline Workers Safety.
• Marine Spill Response Operations Course (MSROC) - A five-day course designed for On-Scene Commanders and Operation Officers.
• On-Scene Commander Course (OSC) - A one-week course to prepare OSC for the demands and pressures that arise during major or moderate spills.
• Pollution Prevention Officer Course (PPO) - A one week course designed for CCG/DFO and Transport Canada Personnel.
