Policies

The normal loan period is three weeks, although other loan periods can be arranged such as an interlibrary loan (which is five weeks). Overdue books are to be returned on receipt of an overdue notice. You may renew loans by telephone if there are no holds on the items.

Interlibrary Loan - The CGC Library is part of the international interlibrary loan network. Materials needed for course-related work such as books or articles may be borrowed from other libraries (if they are available). There is no charge for this service to the user. Please make your request at the information desk.

Request can be made to review our collection of rare and antique books.

The Library Learning Centre is available to individuals or small groups of four to six people. It must be reserved in advance.

• Employment equity materials (shelved in a separate display cabinet)
