Dear Mr. Thériault:

As a follow-up to the above-mentioned marine investigation reports, please be advised that the Laurentian Pilotage Authority has already taken the necessary action to prevent recurrence of such incidents and takes note of the recommendations issued in these reports.

The Authority intends to participate with the other involved stakeholders to a task force to ensure that action be taken as a result of all recommendations issued.
