Data Development and Dissemination Division

Data Development and Dissemination Division (DDDD) job is to deliver the data needed to support research, analysis, policy development, program decision-making and performance measurement throughout the Department. It will also develop and disseminate data reference products in the form of high quality fact sheets, charts and tables, monitor trends, provide in-depth portraits on key topics and issues, and prepare reports on key trends and conditions when new data products are released.

Key Activities:

  • To deliver the data needed to support policy development, program decision-making and performance measurement throughout Health Canada; and
  • To develop and disseminate tables, time series, indicators and chart packages that monitor and inform on key trends and issues in health.
