To make a service request, clients in the federal public service can use the Translation Bureau's On-Line Ordering System via the Extranet.
If your request involves a very large document such as a Web site, we recommend that you save it on a CD-ROM and send it to the address below or send it by file transfer protocol (FTP), once you have completed the on-line order form.
If you don't have a client account number, contact the Translation Bureau's Client Services staff to obtain one if you work for the federal government or for a provincial, territorial or municipal government or if you represent an international organization.
If you don't have access to the On-Line Ordering System, or if you would like more information about our services, feel free to contact us at any time. It would be our pleasure to answer your questions as quickly as possible.
