  The applicant proposes a "gold based AC" format that will feature predominantly gold-based musical selections from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.

  Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-4, item 6
  Application by Sound of Faith Broadcasting to amend the licence of radio programming undertaking CJFH-FM Woodstock.
  The licensee proposes to amend the licence by changing the frequency from 94.3 MHz (channel 232LP) to 104.7 MHz (channel 284A). The licensee also proposes to change the authorized contours by increasing the average effective radiated power from 50 to 3,100 watts and by increasing the antenna height (maximum effective radiated power of 5,350 watts/antenna height 104 meters.
  The proposed increase in power and antenna height will increase significantly the authorized contour of CJFH-FM.
  The Commission notes that the power increase will result in a change of CJFH-FM’s status from a low power unprotected service to a protected Class "A" FM station.
  The Commission will only proceed with this application at the public hearing if advised by the Department of Industry, at least twenty days prior to the hearing, that it is technically acceptable.

  Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-4, item 7
  Application by Tillsonburg Broadcasting Company Limited to convert radio station CKOT Tillsonburg from the AM band to the FM band.
  The new station would operate on frequency 104.7 MHz (channel 284 B1) with an average effective radiated power of 2,300 watts (maximum effective radiated power of 5,000 watts/antenna height of 163.5 metres).
  The applicant is requesting permission to simulcast the programming of the new FM station on CKOT for a period of three months from the date of implementation of the new station.
  The applicant is also requesting, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the revocation of the licence of CKOT effective at the end of the simulcast period.
  This application requires the issuance of a new licence.
