undertaking CJFH-FM Woodstock. |

The licensee proposes to
amend the licence by changing the frequency from 94.3 MHz (channel
232LP) to 104.7 MHz (channel 284A). The licensee also proposes to
change the authorized contours by increasing the average effective
radiated power from 50 to 3,100 watts and by increasing the antenna
height (maximum effective radiated power of 5,350 watts/antenna
height 104 meters. |

The proposed increase in
power and antenna height will increase significantly the authorized
contour of CJFH-FM. |
|
The Commission notes that
the power increase will result in a change of CJFH-FMs status from
a low power unprotected service to a protected Class "A" FM station. |
