Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public
Hearing CRTC 2004-3,
2004-3-1 and 2004-3-2 dated 7, 26 and
30 April 2004 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held 7 June 2004
at 9:30 a.m., at the Conference Centre, Portage IV, 140 Promenade du
Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces the following: |

Faith Network/Réseau religieux canadien (VisionTV) expiring 31 August 2004. |

Information from VisionTV's final audited
financial statements for the 2002 fiscal year was not reflected in the CRTC's
Specialty TV Financial Summary. VisionTV has submitted its 2002 Audited
Financial Statements and its 2002 Financial Operating Summary which are now
on the public file. The revised figures change a profit into a net loss for
2002. |

The deadline date for interventions, relating to
the revised financial information only, has been extended to 19 May 2004
for this item. |

followed. You will be contacted only if your submission raises procedural

Each paragraph of the document should be
numbered. |

Your intervention should clearly identify the
application and indicate whether you support or oppose the application, or if
