be held on 21 March 2005 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters,

Pattison Broadcast Group Ltd. (the general partner) and Jim Pattison
Industries Ltd. (the limited partner) carrying on business as Jim
Pattison Broadcast Group Limited Partnership, to acquire the assets
of the radio-communication distribution undertaking CHSH-TV-2 Chase. |

The applicant is also
requesting a licence to continue the operation of the undertaking upon
surrender of the current licence issued to Shuswap Lakes Television
Society. |

The applicant proposes to
change the programming source from CFJC-TV Kamloops to CHKM-TV Kamloops. |
