The licensee
proposes to add an FM transmitter at Percé to broadcast the programming
of CFMV-FM Chandler in order to serve the population of the region of
the MRC du Rocher Percé that extends from Percé to Port Daniel. |

The transmitter
would operate on frequency 104.1 MHz (channel 281LP) with an average
effective radiated power of 18.5 watts (maximum effective radiated power
of 50 watts/antenna height of 26.5 metres). |

The licensee
proposes to amend the licence by changing the frequency of its
transmitter CBL-FM-1 Huntsville from 104.7 MHz (channel 284C1) to 106.9
MHz (channel 295C1). |
|
The licensee
stated that when the Huntsville Radio Two service was launched, an
interference problem was identified between CBL-FM-1 on 104.7 MHz and
CFBK-FM Huntsville operating on 105.5 MHz. |
|
The Commission
notes that there will be no change in the coverage area. |
