Instructions for submitting your application using epass

Step 1.
It is important that you complete your electronic application form and
all application related documents you are filing with the Commission before
completing the Cover Page.
Please note that the file name of the electronic documents attached to
your application form should reflect the ascending order in which they
should appear on the public file and that each file name includes a brief
description of the document content. For example, "Doc1-brief description
of document"; "Doc2-brief
description of document", and so forth. This will ensure that the application
and all related documents are presented in the correct order once they are
made available for public viewing.

The Commission encourages you to submit your application in electronic
format using the Cover Page. The Commission has currently increased its
security with epass Canada authentication, encryption and signing. You
may submit confidential information using this cover page. All confidential
information must clearly be marked as confidential.
Once your application is processed through our system, you will receive an
automatic acknowledgement.

using this Cover Page, on diskette or cd-rom, or in hard copy format.
