This application form is to be used for Canadian program certification of Live Action and Continuous Action Animated productions, including both domestic and international co-ventures/co-productions.
 

For certification of animated productions; live and live-to-tape sports events and competitions; dubbings of foreign productions; production packages; and twinnings, use the applicable application form which is available electronically on the Commission's web site at: www.crtc.gc.ca; Canadian Content; Canadian Program Certification; Application Forms.
