The Canadian Police College is a centre for professional education for members of the Canadian and international policing community. Our education services are offered by the Police Executive Centre, a centre for continuous education and learning for police executives, and the Police Sciences School, a centre for advanced training in specialized areas for experienced police officers.

How do I become a police officer in Canada?

The courses offered by the Canadian Police College are for police officers currently employed by a police service. Usually, students who attend our courses possess ten or more years of experience as a police officer. The CPC is a program of the National Police Services.
