Workforce, including human resource planning; recruitment and retention strategies; competency profiles; and practice-based educational, training and professional development opportunities and incentives.
Information and Knowledge Systems, including knowledge translation; evidence-based decision making; tools for health surveillance and public health services delivery; common data services; strategic information; building a common understanding of how the public health system functions; and research and evaluation related to public health infrastructure.
Public Health Law and Information Policy, including a modern legal foundation for public health practice; treatment of personal information and intellectual property; and practices for managing and sharing information across institutions and jurisdiction
