On Thursday, December 8, around 50 Francophonie Heads of Delegation attended a breakfast hosted by the Minister Responsible for the Francophonie, the Hon. Jacques Saada.   Minister Dion was also in attendance as President of the UN Climate Change Conference.  He noted that “the threat of climate change goes beyond frontiers.  The Francophonie countries are helping a lot to tackle this challenge.”
