EcoAction
EcoAction is an Environment Canada program that provides funding
to help non-profit organizations carry out projects that will have measurable,
positive impacts on the environment.
If your project relates to the St Lawrence and its watershed, you should also have a look at the Community Interaction Program site. For advice on how to carry out an environmental project, consult the Tool Box. Applicant's guide for project proposals Are you a non-profit non-governmental organization? Have you identified an environmental problem in your community that you want to solve? Have you carefully studied all aspects of the problem and come up with a few solutions? Consult the Applicant's Guide to find out more about how to submit project proposals or contact one of the EcoAction project officers. When sending in your application for funding, be sure to get it postmarked as confirmation with respect to the mailing deadline. This should be done regardless of the type of mail service used.
