Migratory Bird Conservation

The Canadian Wildlife Service, Pacific and Yukon Region, aims to ensure that migratory bird populations are sustained and are not threatened by habitat loss or damage. Programs to address these goals are delivered through many partnerships, for example with all levels of government, non-governmental organizations, First Nations, businesses and industries and individual Canadians. The programs are built on a foundation of solid science and are designed to to link all elements of the ecosystems that support migratory birds throughout their international ranges.

Pages in this section give an overview of the management of toxic chemicals as they impact on migratory birds (ecotoxicology.)
