GRAHAM - DIPLOMATIC FORUM - HALIFAX

Media representatives are advised that Foreign Affairs Minister Bill Graham will be in Halifax, Nova Scotia, on Friday, October 18, to host the Department's annual Diplomatic Forum on Canada's current foreign policy and international trade priorities. The Minister will deliver the keynote address at the conference luncheon.

The Diplomatic Forum provides ambassadors, high commissioners, and consuls-general accredited to Canada with a review of current public policy issues that are likely to be of particular interest to their understanding of Canada and Canadians. Previous Diplomatic Forums have been held in St. John's, Banff, Winnipeg and Victoria.

Media representatives are requested to register for the speech and/or the media availability, by contacting the Media Relations Office.
