on Thursday, November 14, 2002, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bill Graham and Secretary Powell will hold a joint media
availability. This event will take place after a bilateral meeting and a working luncheon which Minister Graham will host.
On the Secretary's arrival at the Lester B. Pearson Building, he will be greeted by Minister Graham and there will be a
