The Pacific Climate Impacts Consortium has been recently launched. Regionally-focussed scenarios will be available there over the coming months. In the meantime, the Canadian Climate Impacts and Scenarios project website remains open for use. The main role of the Canadian Climate Impacts and Scenarios project was to provide climate scenario information and scenario construction advice to impacts researchers in Canada to ensure that the resulting impacts studies can be used to provide Canadians with a meaningful national assessment of the impacts of climate change and can contribute to future assessments such as those undertaken by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
