Canada in Tunisia
Tunisia is one of Canada’s oldest partners in Africa, and the oldest in the Maghreb (North Africa). The Canadian Embassy, the first in the Maghreb, was inaugurated in Tunis in 1966. Our mission is to represent Canadian interests in a variety of fields: political, economic, trade, cooperation, culture and education.

For Canadians living in Tunisia

The Canadian Embassy organizes monthly meetings in order to give Canadians living in Tunisia the opportunity to get to know each other better. The next such meeting will take place on Friday, February 24, 2006, at the Maison Blanche Hotel in Tunis.
