A Role of Pride and Influence in the World is a statement on international policy that was tabled in Parliament in April 2005.  It provides an overview of Canada's role in international affairs and some of the main trends affecting our place in the world.  The statement also includes more detailed chapters on our diplomatic, defence, development and commercial policies.
