Emission Trading Feasibility Study

The feasibility study was a Canada-United States national-level project to jointly explore the feasibility of cross-border trading of capped emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and sulphur dioxide (SO2). The feasibility study was conducted under the Canada-U.S. Air Quality Agreement the report is provided below.
