Federal Child Support Guidelines

The Federal Child Support Guidelines came into force on May 1, 1997, and were amended December 9, 1997, April 1, 1999, November 1, 2000, August 1, 2001 and November 28, 2005.

NOTE: The Federal Child Support Guidelines have recently been amended. The new Guidelines will come into force on May 1, 2006.
