CIF, 1998, c. 38, sections 1 and 3 come into force on October 1, 2003 see s. 5(1); subsection 66(2) of the Act, except paragraph (b), as enacted by section 4, is deemed to have come into force on October 1, 1998 see s. 5(2); paragraph 66(2)(b) and subsection 66(3) of the Act, as enacted by section 4, come into force on October 1, 2000 see s. 5(3); s. 2 of the Act, s. 66(1) of the Tobacco Act as enacted by ss. 4(1) and (2) of the Act in force on assent 10.12.98
