Certain Non-Canadian Citizens Exclusion Approval Order

ORDER APPROVING THE EXCLUSION BY THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF CERTAIN NON-CANADIAN CITIZENS FROM THE OPERATION OF SECTION 23 OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT ACT

SHORT TITLE

1. This Order may be cited as the Certain Non-Canadian Citizens Exclusion Approval Order.

APPROVAL

2. The exclusion, by the Public Service Commission, from the operation of section 23 of the Public Service Employment Act of non-Canadian citizens whose present citizenship would be forfeited by reason of their subscribing to the oath of allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Her Heirs and Successors according to law, is hereby approved.
