The Urban Transportation Showcase Program (UTSP) is a Transport Canada initiative under the Government of Canada's Action Plan 2000 on Climate Change. The Program aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through the implementation of showcase demonstrations in communities across Canada and through the dissemination of information.
