CANADA TRANSPORTATION ACTRAILWAY TRAFFIC AND PASSENGER TARIFFS REGULATIONS INTERPRETATION
1. The definitions in this section apply in these Regulations. « Loi » "Act" means the Canada Transportation Act.
"electronic form" « forme électronique »
"printed form" « forme imprimée » "printed form", in respect of the issuance and publication of a tariff, means a book, pamphlet, single sheet or loose-leaf sheets.
INFORMATION TO BE INCLUDED IN TARIFFS
3. In addition to maintaining the information specified in section 2, an amended tariff shall include the following information:
REPEAL 4. The Railway Freight Tariff Regulations are repealed.
SOR/96-338 3 July 1996, pursuant to subsection 36(1) of the Canada Transportation Act, comes into force on July 3, 1996
