INTRODUCTION

The Regulatory Services’ five year Implementation Plan has been developed in order to ensure that divisional efforts and activities

are conducted in complete harmony with the objectives as defined in Civil Aviation’s Flight 2005 and to provide direction and continuity to the various divisions of the branch, as well as to the Regional Aviation Enforcement offices, as they plan their yearly activities.
