SECTION 2 - "Means of transport""means of transport" means a road or railway vehicle, aircraft, ship, pipeline or any other contrivance that is or may be used to transport persons or goods; BEHIND THE WORDS This definition is intended to encompass all contrivances used to transport persons or goods. The primary reason for including a definition for means of transport is that in some circumstances these are to be marked with placards to provide information.
