SECTION 45Consequential Amendments 45. Paragraph 43(4)(a) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act is repealed and the following substituted therefor: (a) any dangerous goods, within the meaning of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992, that are a waste, within the meaning of the regulations made under that Act; or BEHIND THE WORDS This section corrects the reference to the TDG Act in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act.
