Please find attached a copy of the Notice with Respect to Certain Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) published on January 25, 2003 in the Canada Gazette, Part I, pursuant to paragraph 71(1)(b) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. Any person identify in Schedule 2 of the Notice must provide certain information on activities involving hydrochlorofluorocarbons.
The information requested in this notice will assist the Department to develop further strategies to control activities concerning these substances.
