Errata - 2003 Guide for Reporting to the National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI)

1. Refer to page 10, Figure 3, CAC table in Box 11 should include the following information:
   
   
   CAC - Threshold Quantity
   PM₁₀ - 0.5 tonnes
   PM_2.5 - 0.3 tonnes
   
   
   
2. Refer to page 27, Figure 5: The fifth box should read:
   
   "The facility IS NOT required to submit a report for NPRI Part 1B substances."
   
   
3. Refer to page 30, Figure 6: The ninth box should read:
   
   "Was an individual Part 2 substance released, disposed of, or transferred for recycling from a wood-preservation process using creosote?"
   
   
   
4. Refer to page 30, Figure 6: The eleventh box should read:
   "The facility IS NOT required to submit a report for any of the Part 2 substances released, disposed of, or transferred for recycling from a wood-preservation process using creosote."
   
   
5. Refer to page 33, Figure 7, box with heading "Was the facility engaged in one of the activities listed below"; the following activities should be included:
   
   • combustion of fuel in kraft liquor boilers used in the pulp & paper sector and
   • wood preservation using pentachlorophenol.
