(iii) Credit for a maximum of 5 hours of the 10 hours of dual instrument time shall be given for instrument ground time, provided:
(A) the total instrument time is in addition to the 10 hours night flight time in subparagraph (a)(i) above, and
(B) where the instrument time includes instrument ground time the 10 hours night flight time shall be increased by an amount equivalent to the instrument ground time claimed.
