Baggage cart dispensers are conveniently located in the arrivals area, the terminal building’s front curb, the long term parking lot, and the car rental parking lot.

The departure lounge includes eight gate podiums.

The departures lounge is home to a children’s play area with ample seating for parents to supervise.

The directory board in the arrivals area provides direct line access to local accommodation and transportation services.

The arrivals area includes a tourist information booth staffed by Kelowna Tourism volunteers.

Customs
Canada Customs operates between 8 AM and midnight seven days a week to serve international travellers. Standby officers are available for aircraft clearance between midnight and 8 AM.

A cash machine is centrally located in the concourse, beside Horizon Air.

Gates 1 and 6 are equipped with aircraft loading bridges.
Gates without a loading bridge are serviced by an airside corridor which
