Community Development and Real Estate

The Community Development and Real Estate Division is responsible for acquisition and disposal of all City land needs at the best possible value to the taxpayer.

The Division will utilize the City's land assets, expertise, land use control powers and relationship with other public bodies to assist the private sector in achieving the community’s development goals as identified in the Official Community Plan.
