Facts and Statistics

The Kelowna International Airport maintains a detailed statistical database on all aspects of its operation. Passenger volumes and aircraft movements for the past eight years are shown in the following charts. Monthly and year-to-date passenger volumes are also shown for the current year and the previous two years. Additional information is included in the Airport’s Annual Report and can be provided on request.

As shown in this chart, passenger volumes have increased steadily during the last decade.

Statistics Graph

In 2004, passenger volumes reached record levels, at 894,561 passengers. This represents a 3.6 percent increase over 2003.
