Floral offerings are permitted in areas maintained by the City but restrictions do apply.

During the winter season, November 1 to March 15, artificial flowers may be placed on grave spaces in all grassed areas of the cemetery. Fresh cut flowers may also be placed, but are not recommended as they wilt quickly in the cold weather.

From March 16 to October 31, only fresh cut flowers may be placed on grave spaces in grassed areas and only in approved in-ground containers. No artificial flowers or plants are permitted, nor any vases, decorative containers or ornaments. This is to accommodate regular maintenance.

Out of consideration to those with recent deaths, funeral flowers - including stands, wreaths, baskets, frames and casket sprays - will be placed at the interment site the day of the service and will be left at the site for two days.

Any floral offering may be placed in the Pioneer section of the cemetery.
