Wetland Protection

The City has assessed a number of wetland areas and has protected those that have been identified as having a "high" or "moderate" rating.

Development impacting "high" and "moderate" rated wetlands shown on the attached map are subject to natural environment development permit guidelines as noted in the environment chapter of the City of Kelowna's Official Community Plan.
