Citizen Survey
The City conducts an annual survey to gauge public satisfaction with municipal programs and services, and to gain an insight into citizens’ rankings of service priorities. The survey is thoroughly reviewed by management and used as a basis for budgetary submissions for the following year’s programs and services. For more information, contact the Communications Manager.
Survey reports are available for viewing in the Administration Office on the 3rd floor of City Hall and at Okanagan Regional Library branches.
