Repealed Regulations

Federal Halocarbon Regulations (SOR/99-255)


Effective August 13, 2003, the Federal Halocarbon Regulations (SOR/99-255) were repealed and replaced by the Federal Halocarbon Regulations, 2003 (SOR/2003-289). Prohibitions concerning Halocarbons that appeared in the original Regulations have been included in the new Regulations.
