Step-by-step instructions for OWNERS

Before you can begin using OWNERS, you must register by following the steps below:

• Review system requirements prior to logging into OWNERS
• Begin at the OWNERS home page http://www.owners.gc.ca and select the language you wish to use (English or French).
• Click on "Register / Log-in."
• Click on "Register Now" as a New ePass user (your Secure Government of Canada username and password credential).
• You will be walked through the ePass registration process.
• Click "Continue" when your registration is complete.
• You will be automatically directed to OWNERS.
• Enter your name and contact information, as prompted.
• Enter your access code(s), as provided in this letter. If you have more than one access code, click on "Add Access Code."
• Complete your registration by clicking on the "Register" button.

Once you have registered, all subsequent connections to OWNERS will be made through an encrypted secure channel, protecting your data's integrity, security and privacy.
