Application Process

2. Print and read the following PDFs to familiarize yourself with the application requirements:

4. Have your PIN ready.

5. Have your application number ready (this number is sent by CIHR after registration).

6. Complete the Research Module - [Web Forms].

7. Complete the Operating Budget Module - [Web Forms]. 

8. Complete the Common CV (Validated for CIHR) - http://www.commoncv.net/ [ External Site ].

9. Send 9 copies by courier to:
