IMPORTANT NEWS ABOUT THE R&D PROGRAM!

An external evaluation was built into the design of the R&D Program at the three-year mark to ensure that the Program continues to meet its objectives and that it remains relevant to stakeholders. The Research and Development Evaluation was conducted in 2004.

Changes to the Program are being made as a result of this evaluation. These changes will be reflected in the early 2006. Please visit the site again for new information about the R&D Program and the next call for proposals.
