Preface

This Revision 1 of Issue 1 replaces Issue 1 of RSS-141, dated July 2003. This new version will be in force as of the publication date of Notice SMSE-004-04 in the Canada Gazette Part I, after which the public has 90 days to make comments. Comments received, if any, will be taken into account and a new issue or a revised version of this issue may be developed, as appropriate.

Changes:

The following are the main changes:

1. The requirement of frequency stability has been revised for clarification (Section 4.2).
2. The measurement method for transmitter output power and unwanted emissions has been modified (Sections 4.3 and 4.4).
