Subscription Service
Filling in the registration form that follows, choosing a unique password and clicking 'Continue' will register you as a subscriber to the publication service. You will receive an on-line confirmation message to show that your personal Subscriber Account has been created. Each time a new document is issued by the publication(s) you have selected it will be automatically forwarded to the e-mail address you have registered.
From your Subscriber Account you will have the option of subscribing to additional publications of Foreign Affairs Canada and International Trade Canada. While most contact information is common between all publications, there are variations in the collection of demographic information. As the privacy notice explains, the provision of your contact and demographic information is required, although participation in the subscription service is voluntary and you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Privacy Notice:
Foreign Affairs Canada and International Trade Canada are committed to respecting the privacy rights of individuals who visit our Web sites and take part in on-line program activities. Participation in our on-line Media Room, Canada World View, and CanadExport publication applications (e-mail notification service) is voluntary and you can opt-out or cancel your subscriptions at any time. You should know that the data gathered on the subscription pages is being collected for the sole purpose of facilitating access to and distribution of departmental statements, speeches, media advisories, news releases and publications as well as to improve our services. You will have full access privileges to your account via a password and will be able to make any needed changes to your subscription (e.g. changes to e-mail address, preferences/areas of interest, etc.). The data will not be used for other purposes (e.g., follow-up research/survey) without first obtaining your explicit consent. Personal information will be protected under the provisions of the Privacy Act and stored in the Personal Information Bank entitled "Publications Notification Service - Mailing Lists" (FAI PPU 030). Data in this bank will be held within the departmental Communications Bureau and retained for the duration of your subscriptions with us and then two years from the time you unsubscribe to the notification service.
