Compensation Standard Benefits Letters


To Compensation Advisors using these letters - please note:
  • The letters have to be customized for each individual situation and employee (e.g. where you see INSERT NAME OF EMPLOYEE or $0000.00)
  • In new letters, the areas that require particular personal information, will be shaded like this, to easily identify areas that need to be personalized. The text of the letters should be copied into a newly created document, the appropriate info inserted in the shaded areas, removing the shaded areas, either by deleting or overwriting them and finally printing out the new letter for the client
  • Where there is an either OR choice, the unnecessary information is to be removed as well as the OR
  • Please provide comments, through your Chief or Compensation Manager or your Departmental Manager, to Walton.Margaret@tbs-sct.gc.ca
