The Accelerated Executive Development Program (AEXDP) is a federal Public Service development program. The objective
of AEXDP is to identify a representative group of executives at the EX-1
to EX-3 level who demonstrate strong leadership potential and may become
assistant deputy ministers, and to invest in their development and progression.
