Economic Increases for Members of the Career Assignment Group

The salary determination tables reflecting the latest economic increases for members of the Career Assignment (CA) Group are now available at Appendix B of the Salary Administration Policy for the Career Assignment Group. CA economic increases reflect those awarded to the ECONOMICS AND SOCIAL SCIENCE SERVICES GROUP (ES) of:

  • June 22, 2003 2.5%;
  • June 22, 2004 2.25%; and,
  • June 22, 2005 2.25%.

Please note that these increases date back to June 2003; therefore, retroactive salary adjustments will have to be calculated back to this date for current and former CA employees.

Please also note that the lump sum performance pay awards paid to CA employees for performance during fiscal year 2003 - 2004 will need to be adjusted to take into account the retroactive economic increase of June 2003.
