DUHAMEL RECOVERING WELL AFTER SURGERY

The Honourable Ronald J. Duhamel, Secretary of State (Western Economic Diversification) (Francophonie), underwent surgery to remove a tumour on his left kidney last Monday at the St. Boniface hospital in Manitoba.

The surgery was successful and Mr. Duhamel is recovering well.
