MINISTER GRAHAM CONDEMNS BOMBINGS IN INDONESIA

Foreign Affairs Minister Bill Graham today strongly condemned the recent bombings in Bali, Indonesia.

"Canadians extend their deep condolences to all of those affected by this appalling act of terror," said Minister Graham. "Several Canadians are among the victims and our thoughts and prayers go out to them and their families during this difficult time."

The Minister also expressed his hope that Indonesian authorities would take all necessary measures to investigate and to bring to justice those responsible for this horrific and senseless act. Canada is consulting closely with other countries and has offered any assistance that may be required.
